It’s Chocolate Truffle Time

Yes, it is that time of year again! Wherever we go, we are tempted with all sorts of chocolate treats. We wanted to provide you with a much healthier option to give your family. In the video below, we will be making vegan chocolate truffles. They are absolutely delicious. We’re sure that you will love them!

* Please note: These due contain nuts, so if you have an allergy, please be cautious. The recipe is posted below.

Vegan Chocolate Truffle Recipe


1 cup almonds
¾ cup dates
3-4 tbsp cacao powder (raw chocolate)
¼ cup coconut water (optional)
Your choice of flavoured extract (i.e. mint, orange, vanilla, etc) (optional)

* All ingredient used are raw and organic. The flavoured extracts are alcohol-free.


1. In a food processor, grind the almonds into a powder.
2. Add the dates and blend until it makes a sticky consistency.
3. Add the cacao powder, coconut water, and flavoured extract.
4. rocess all ingredients.
5. Form in to balls and roll in extra cacao powder.
6. Decorate as desired.

*Keep refrigerated.

  1. I just made these and they are great! I substituted almond milk for the coconut water and it worked great. I make some superfood energy treats very similar to these only I add honey, spirulina, cordyceps, sunflower seeds and flax.
