5 Things to Remove from your Life Immediately

By Jordan Miller;

In the process of becoming awakened, many of us struggle with making choices that will help improve our overall well-being and happiness. Many of us have a hard time with change, and therefore may at times struggle with the choices we make or fail to make in our life. Some of us find it hard to trust others and others are just overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information. In any case, we must always trust our instinct or intuition. For those of us that need a little guidance, we have listed 5 things directly below to purge from your life immediately in order to become more peaceful and centered in life.

1. T.V.: Television is something that we have all experienced at one point or another. It provides us all with a form of escape from the collective world in which we live. Unfortunately, T.V. has absolutely no benefit to our well-being. It keeps us unconscious (below thought) and addicted to form through advertising, negativity and drama. We don’t have a chance of igniting creativity when parked in front of the T.V. As an alternative, we suggest meditation or deep breathing. Both exercises will put you closer to being (above thought) and help dissolve the addiction to form.  If you want a better quality of life, we suggest getting rid of your T.V. as a first major step.

2. Processed Food (including tap water): You are what you eat; good quality food is one of the most important features in a healthy lifestyle. Without it, we are subject to dissolution through disease or illness. For this reason, we suggest that all processed foods of any kind (including tap water) be eliminated from your life. These foods will only make you sick as the body does not know what to do with them once they are ingested because they are foreign matter. A lifetime of eating processed food will eventually express itself through illness or disease. Stay clear of anything that is in a box or package with ingredients you cannot comprehend (such as additives of chemical isolates). We encourage you all to fuel your body with clean, organic, wild harvested foods as much as possible. As Hippocrates once said, “Let thy food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

3. Beauty Products: Not only is it important to “put in” good quality “fuel” into our bodies, but we must also be cautious of what we “put on” our bodies. Along with being conscious of poor food options, it is important to ensure that we are not polluting the body with unnecessary products loaded with toxic chemicals and additives.Our skin is usually referred to as our third liver or lung; for this purpose, we must always ensure that it is not covered with any harmful substance that heavily hinders its ability to detoxify the body from the various environmental pollutants we are bombarded with on a daily basis.  Beauty products include: conventional make-up, shampoo, soap, creams, toothpaste, hair products, etc.  As an alternative, we suggest using naturalfood based products like coconut oil or olive oil or simply look for organic, wild harvested products. Furthermore, what's worse that wanting to live behind a false image of yourself. We must learn to love ourselves for who we really are.

4. Drugs/Medication: These substances can be helpful to us all in times of need; however they should only be utilized as a last resort. Over the counter medication seems to be the primary “fix” for most people when they have an ailment rather than seeking out a healthy alternative. Unfortunately, much of our modern medicine practices are based on symptomology and treatment with pharmaceuticals (allopathic practices) rather than finding the root cause of an illness or disease. It appears that many companies out there are in it for a little bit of a profit rather than a keen interest in others health. We see it every day as advertisements for medication litter our information airways. We suggest using alternative therapies or practices before forfeiting to the pill. Always look to the cause rather than treating the symptoms and put life back into your own hands.

5. Fear (thought based, ego centric): One of the most prevalent collective emotion the world is experiencing today. Fear inhibits our ability to accept change and pursue our goals in life. Fear is thought driven, and by this reason can be used as an element of control. Much of what we do and say is controlled by fear (for those of us that live in a thought driven world). The ego is very much a bi-product of fear where it sets limitations on our life and fragments the whole. To rid fear from your life, you must be willing to embrace uncertainty and change as these will be your guides in reconnecting to your being – the totality of who you are. Go forth, therefore, rejoicing in the beauty that all is. By connecting to your true self/purpose, fear will dissolve.

Take action, be creative and live life with abundance. Be respectful and loving to others. By cleansing your reality with unnecessary form based material and unnecessary fear based thoughts, you are bound to reap much positivity in your life. As is goes, “what you put out, is what you eventually get back." Stay positive and always strive for inner purpose above all.

  1. How 'bout, get rid of your credit cards? I've seen one too many shopaholics getting into needless debt.

  2. Great job writing an article that cites zero sources and manages to fly in the face of broadly accepted science.

    "The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention listed water fluoridation as one of the ten great public health achievements of the 20th century, alongside vaccination, family planning, recognition of the dangers of smoking, and other achievements."

    Have fun with your tooth decay and subsequent dental death.

    You've got to be kidding, right? Google 'water fluoridation' and you will see plenty of sources about the problems behind fluoride. As for vaccinations, how can anyone really think that they are safe? You trustingly put your life in the hands of your doctor, who injects you with a foreign body(not to mention that most shots also contain mercy, which stays in your body) and tells you that this will prevent you from getting sick. People die from the flu every year, and many of those people are the ones that got the flu shot. Research. Research. Research.

    I hope you are able to see what this world is really like. I truly hope you wake up and realize that just because someone in an authoritative position and tells you that something is safe, and is good, that s/he might not be telling you the truth.

  4. Many of those sites are run by conspiracy theorists and crackpots. Why are they more believable than anyone else? Because they're catering to a notion that you already agree with, perhaps?

    As for vaccines, have you been living in a cave? The supposed studies about mercury in vaccines have turned out to have been a fraud. Not only that, thimerosal (the mercury derivative) has been largely removed from vaccines since 2001.

    Research, research, research, indeed.
