Simple Sweet Potato and Cucumber Dip

By Jordan Miller;

The sweet potato has become a favorite of ours lately. It's creamy texture and sweet taste has left our appetite screaming for more. Such a versatile vegetable this is! Unlike many processed, ready-to-eat dips you may find lined in the "snack" section of a grocery store which are loaded with food additives and trans fats, this dip is not only void of these life-shortening substances, but it is loaded with many life promoting macro and micro nutrients. In our previous recipes, Kyla and I have showed you how to make a sweet potato salad and a slow roasted parsnip and sweet potato dish. If you enjoyed these recipes, your sure to enjoy this one. It is perfect for family or friend get-togethers, or shared amongst yourself or a loved one. Give it a try. Let us know what you think.
